Mr. Jason Thomashefsky, Camp Director
Hello! My name is Ms. Bizjak and I would like to welcome you to Summer Arts Camp! This is my sixth year with the camp and this Fall, I begin my 15th year as a teacher in Lee County.
In my classes, you will get to do arts and crafts. Some of the things we will be doing in my class will be activities you can do as an expert or as a beginner- and it will all be a lot of fun! In our camp classes, you will work with papier mâché, learn how to make your own homemade Play-Doh and slime, and learn how to draw on a computer or tablet. For the digital portion of this camp, it would be best to have a mouse or a stylus with a touch screen.
Cap for this camp is 30 students
Open to all students in grade 4 and older
This camp offers the opportunity to improve your improvisation skills and character building tools, all while experiencing the fantasy thrills that come with the tabletop game, Dungeons and Dragons! Through your choices, acting and character building, you will become the hero of the story!

Get ready to become the characters you love from Broadway’s favorite shows such as:
Hamilton, Hairspray, and The Prom to name a few. Each day will focus on a new show while performers learn a section from a large group musical number. Each performer will also choose a solo, duet or small group from one of the 5 shows to perfect and add to their repertoire. Time will be scheduled to work as a whole group, small group, and individually with the director through-out the week. The culminating IMovie masterpiece will inspire and delight virtual audiences everywhere.
